Progressive Puerto Rican band based in New York city from the early 1970s. Trombone led
latin jazz and salsa.
A long time favorite with DJs and latin jazz aficionados, the original vinyl
version commanding high prices due to its rarity and limited original
distribution.
Originally issued on the Mary Lou Record label. Contains the hit 'La-Va-Eh'.
Conguero on this recording was Willie Rodriguez who still plays conga, and is
now with the Willie Villegas Band. They regularly play live in Brooklyn,
NYC.
